The factory upper control arm bolt and washer cannot be removed, what can be done?

The 05+ Tacoma upper control arm bolt washer and flange on the bolt head may come in contact with the fender liner. In some cases, grinding or cutting the fender liner slightly will be required to remove the factory upper control arm bolt.
