Can the ICON standard/non-RXT shocks be converted to RXT?

No, the vast majority of the components in the RXT version shocks is different than the standard shocks. The RXT Series are comprised of a different cylinder, shaft, and rodend combination compared to their non-RXT counter parts. It is not a cost-effective method to upgrade from standard to RXT.
